Thanks so much for the feedback you guys! Hanna - I love your post. It's eerie how similiar it is. We are definitely birds of a feather -- all of us who struggle to put words on the page in hopes of growing. Thank you for sharing.

This reminds me of my own post How to Find the Answers You Need which has a journaling prompt on how to find the answers you need by journaling! :-) I know all about not asking the right questions because they are so hard to answer sometimes, but oh how great it is to find the answers you need when the right time comes. :-)

"The opposite of love is not hate – it’s apathy."
Reading that simple sentence made me have one of those mind-exploding Aha! moments Oprah talks about. Jeez. How does someone so young know so much?! You're amazing, as usual, Kristin! How you put words together to form such perfect sentences is such a gift to the universe! Thank YOU for sharing your supportive energy! I spend a lot of time, ink, pages, and space in my head with the same things you're talking about... but I rarely actually ask myself questions on the page. I just pour out answers without recognizing or stating the questions. I've found your posts incredibly helpful by simply using your prompts, but have had really unexpected results! Lots more quality, rather than quantity!

Kristin, this is a wonderful post. So illustrative of the process of self growth through journaling. I especially appreciate your honesty and self disclosure, and as always, well-chosen words and examples. Thank you!
